CANZLER fortifies the Berlin team with Tesch consulting engineers
CANZLER and Berlin-based Ingenieurbüro Tesch consulting engineers entered into a merger at the end of July 2020, enabling their specialist electrical engineering planning and design capability to continue on its growth path.
Tesch has made a name for itself in Berlin as an expert partner when it comes to demanding consulting, planning and design work for electrical engineering systems, having successfully completed a wide variety of projects both large and small for clients in the public and private sector. Tesch provides one-stop shopping for the planning, design, and site management of building services engineering projects involving the new construction, refurbishment and upgrading of low- and high-voltage systems. In so doing, it covers the entire spectrum set out in HOAI, the official German Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers (HOAI) in the area of electrical systems and facilities. This also includes elevator & escalator facilities and communications & lighting systems.
Andreas Broßmann, managing director at CANZLER, explains the benefits of the merger: “For us, this means a key strategic growth step. And a lasting reinforcement of the electrical engineering planning and design capability within our company. It also represents a new addition in Berlin, where the specialist designers for building services engineering and building automation are primarily headquartered.” As a result of the merger, the headcount at the Berlin office has increased to 25.
Thanks to the enhancement of CANZLER’s capability, SOCOTEC Germany has become even more of a top-performing force to be reckoned with in Germany’s capital. For the entire SOCOTEC group, an ideal and strategic enhancement of the Construction & Real Estate unit.
